ACMS accredited Fellowship Training Position in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology

We are seeking a UK-trained Dermatologist with CCT or nearing completion of CCT for the above position which offers structured, hands-on training in advanced Dermatologic surgery (including cosmetic surgical procedures) within a high-volume clinical setting
Position Overview
- 2- year training post based in a busy modern practice in New Zealand commencing in January/ February 2027
- Training includes Mohs Micrographic Surgery, advanced skin cancer management, complex Dermatologic surgery, Dermatologic Oncology, cosmetic surgery and lasers
- High patient volume with extensive exposure to melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers
- Supervision and mentorship by experienced Mohs surgeons Dr Paul Salmon and Dr Neil Mortimer
- Supportive practice environment with modern facilities and integrated pathology services
Candidate Profile
- UK-trained dermatologist (CCT holder or nearing completion)
- GMC-registered with Dermatology training equivalent to Australasian standards
- Demonstrated interest or prior experience in cutaneous oncology and Dermatologic surgery
- Eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ)
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centred care in a collaborative team environment
