An excellent opportunity is available for a Consultant Medical Dermatologist to join The Skin Centre, a well-established and highly regarded Dermatology group practice based in Tauranga, New Zealand.
The duration of the post and hours of work are fully flexible, offering the option of full-time or part-time work, and would suit applicants seeking either a 1–2-year locum position or a longer-term appointment. The role includes a mix of private practice and public hospital Dermatolog

About The Skin Centre
The Skin Centre is a modern, purpose-built facility offering outstanding premises for Dermatology practice. The practice provides opportunities for regular CME activities, peer review and supports ongoing professional development. The group consists of seven Dermatologists and two GPSIs, providing a comprehensive range services, including:
- Medical Dermatology
- Phototherapy
- Patch Testing
- Skin Cancer diagnosis and treatment
- Mohs micrographic surgery
- Cosmetic Dermatology and surgery
- Laser services including vascular and pigment lasers, full and fractional ablative resurfacing lasers
Candidate Requirements
- UK CCT in Dermatology or equivalent specialist qualification
- Eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Interest in contributing to both private and public Dermatology services
